I have been employed by the Paris Independent School District for 8 years and I now do computer lab scheduling, tech support, gradebook support, K12 Planet support, and a little staff development. I have recently been facilitating some students who are taking French online and assisting them in recording and submitting their assignments. I’m a wife, mother, blogger, and wanna-be girl geek. I’m an enthusiastic new Mac user and I also use Ubuntu linux a bit.I believe that learning can take place anywhere and anytime - including outside the walls of the school building and outside of the regular school hours.I believe that there are no stupid questions and that everyone has a story to tell. I believe in the mission statement of PISD - that we should be about creating life-long learners. I believe that one way to do that is to model it by being lifelong learners ourselves.
