#21 and # 22 - Christmas books

#21 - The Christmas Child by Max Lucado

#22 - A Treasury of Christmas Miracles by Karen Kingsbury

A friend loaned both of these short books to me before the Christmas holidays.  They were just the right thing to get me into the holiday spirit.

The Christmas Child is the story of a journalist from Chicago who finds himself in Texas on Christmas Eve.  An old photograph of a church in a small Texas town leads him to a small town where he finds more about himself than he ever imagined.

Christmas Miracles is a collection of 14 short true stories of miracles that have occurred during the Christmas season.  The stories are wonderful reminders that miracles still happen…we just don’t recognize many of them.
